Busy weekend

Loads of housework Saturday to prepare for the open house on Sunday.

The open house was moderately successful. A plethora of lookers stopped by our "hilltop paradise" (so says real estate agent). I would call it very successful if today we had an offer. But, alas, not yet.

While our real estate agent worked on Sunday, we went for a picnic in the park. Lovely and restful...we really should do it more often.

The only thing missing from the weekend? I didn't knit...not one stitch.

Family picnic can be fun. Good to hear that you enjoyed it.

I am knitting (sorry you aren't). Doing the two color basketweave you taught me. Donna

Kathy, I couldn't for the life of me find your e-mail address (I bet I find it right after I leave this comment), but I wanted you to know that I just got a copy of the Loom Knitting Pattern Book in the mail and I am just sooooo happy with your designs. :D I wish I new babies that needed bonnets and booties right now b/c I'd make those! But I will just have to settle with making things for myself, like the Pi Sweater Coat, Sugar, and A Touch of Lace. I like Spice, too....but I don't have any skinny men around here to loom for...I would have to turn it into a girly color and wear it myself. :D LOVE IT ALL! Just thought you should know. :)

I'm soooo behind! Sorry you didn't get any offers on your house. It's so frustrating to do all that work and then not get anything from it....except a sparkling clean house!

We still want to sell but HB is waiting until the market looks better...whenever that will be!
